Are your plants protecting your health?... Having house plants can be more beneficial than you may have realized. These beautiful home pieces are a lot more than just a fancy decoration. But do you know all what plants can do for you.

A study done by Kansas State University showed that patients with plants in their rooms used less medications, had lower blood pressures, less fatigue and anxiety.

Another study done by the Dutch Board of Horticulture showed that adding plants to office settings decreases fatigue, colds, headaches, coughs, sore throats and flu-like symptoms.

At the Royal College in England they showed that students had a 70% higher attention span while learning in rooms with plants.

Besides these benefits there are many more commonly known ones such as filtering your air from VOCs, increasing room humidity, and also can help decrease EMF exposure.

Go out and buy yourself a plant friend or two... your body will thank you!
