Adobo Green and Red Hash 

Yield: Feeds 2 People Prep time: 15min Total time: 35min 


Brussel Sprouts | 1 1⁄2 Cups Green Beans | 1 Cup Pomegranate | 1⁄4 Cup Adobo Chipotle | 1⁄2 Can Coconut Oil Asparagus | 1 Bunch 


  • Preheat Coconut Oil in Frying Pan 
  • Chop Brussel sprouts in half. Cut asparagus and green beans on an angle in 1 1⁄2 inch pieces. 
  • Add vegetables to frying pan and hot oil. Stir fry for 10min. 
  • Add in Adobo can. Stir fry for another 5min. 
  • Mix in pomegranate seeds. 
  • Stir and Enjoy.
