Red Carrot Cabbage Salad

Organic Red Cabbage | 1⁄2 head Organic Carrot | 2 Organic Green Onions | 2 Sherry Vinegar | 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil | 1/8 Cup Spices | Black Pepper, Oregano, Thyme
- Thinly slice red cabbage. Place in large salad bowl.
- Mix sherry vinegar, avocado oil and spices in a separate container. Mix and spread over red cabbage. Place red cabbage in refrigerator for 15min.
- While cabbage is in refrigerator grate carrots until there is a small handful. Add to red cabbage salad.
- Cut green onion into 1⁄4 inch pieces. Add to red cabbage salad.
