Vegan Jackfruit Tacos

INGREDIENTS
Organic Pulled Jackfruit | 2 Cans Organic Cilantro | 1 Bunch Filtered Water| 1/8 Cup Pickled Red Onion| See Recipe Gluten Free Tortillas| See Recipe Spices | Chili, Paprika, Chipotle, Himalayan Sea Salt, Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Warm oven to 200’F
- Open Jack Fruit cans and drain from water. Add to large frying pan on medium heat. Add water. Allow water to reduce in volume and stir allowing jackfruit to break apart and take on a shredding chicken like texture.
- Add spices to mix. Stir until warm.
- Warm tortillas in oven for 10min (Recipe in Book).
- Once food is ready add jackfruit to tortillas. Top with pickled red onions (recipe in book).
